Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Bake pie crust 12-15 mins or until golden brown
Let cool.

Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl.
Beat eggs in large bowl.
Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture.
Stir in evaporated milk

|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes.
If crust starts to get to dark cover outside with foil.

|
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees
Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
