     South Seas Pork Chops

Ingredients
4 lean pork loin chops
1 1/4 cups orange juice
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 garlic cloves, crushed (as usual, I used the jar kind)
1 t ginger
slices cored peeled fresh pineapple -- 1 inch slices (I used canned slices)
 

Instructions
Trim any fat from pork chops. Combine pork and next 6 ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag. Seal; marinate in refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. Remove pork from bag, reserving marinade. Prepare grill. Place pork on rack coated with cooking spray; grill pork chops, turning and basting frequently with reserved marinade. When pork chops are about 8 minutes from being cooked, add pineapple to grill; grill pineapple until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Serve chops with pineapple.
