     Salt and Vinegar Chips

Ingredients
approx 4 cups vinegar
4-5 med potatos cut into thin rounds
1-1.5 tsp course sea salt
sprinkle pepper
2 tsp evoo
 

Instructions
wash and slice potatos. put potatos in pot and pour vinegar till it covers potatos. Bring to boil, reduce to medium for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit 30 minutes. lay potato rounds on greased baking sheet. drizzle with oil and mix with hands then sprinkle salt and pepper on top. bake 30 minutes at 425 then flip and drizzle more oil, sprinkle more salt and bake another 15 minutes.
