     Icing - Carrot Cake

Ingredients
5 TBS Flour
1 Cup Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Oleo
1 TSP Vanilla
 
Instructions
Blend flour with milk and cook until thick. Allow to cool.
Cream sugar and oleo with vanilla; beat well. Add to first mixture and beat well until it is the consistency of whip cream.
