1 lb pork chops or pork loin cut into thin (1/2 inch wide) strips
|

1 red pepper cut into strips
|
|
1 cup chopped brocolli (I use frozen)
|

1 tsp onion powder
|
|
1 Tablespoon oil
|
|
1 1/2 cup water
|
|
2 pkgs pork Ramen Noodles (I've used beef when I can't find pork)
|

1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
|
|
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook pork, pepper and brocolli in hot oil until pork is no longer pink.
|

|
Add water, Ramen noodles and seasoning, parsley and soy sauce. Boil for 3 - 4 minutes.
