Mix together 4 tablespoons sugar, pretzels and butter. Spread in
9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes. Cool. Cream
together cream cheese and 1 cup sugar, add Cool Whip. Spread
on cooled crust and refrigerate. Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling
water, add strawberries and chill until almost congealed. Spread
on top of cream cheese mixture. Serves 12.
