5. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6. 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
7. 1 quart apple cider
Instructions
If you’re familiar at all with the world of Harry Potter, then you’ve
heard of Butterbeer. This delightful beverage is enjoyed by many
of the characters who make their way down from Hogwart’s
School of Witchcraft and Wizardry into the village of Hogsmeade
and the Three Broomsticks pub, or in the Leaky Cauldron pub in
Diagon Alley in London. Well, here’s a way for us Muggles to
enjoy butterbeer right at home and also share with family and
friends.
Preparing-
For the first step to make this type of Butterbeer you must, on
medium speed, beat together the vanilla ice cream, butter,
butterscotch extract, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until
it is all well-combined
Then pour this mixture into a container and re-freeze to create a
new ice cream type of mixture.
Now, when you are ready to serve the Butterbeer, gently heat the
apple cider in a saucepan until it is steaming hot. Finally, place 1
scoop of the ice cream mixture created in step one in a tall glass or
large mug. Top with the steaming apple cider. Now you are ready to
enjoy the Butterbeer!
