Combine Potatoes and Cauliflower and steam 20 minutes. Next add garbanzo beans.
In a large frying pan, heat oil to medium. Add Black Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds until they pop. Next add Onion, Chilis, and Garlic and brown. Add Ginger and Asofetida. Cook 3 minutes.
Fold in Cauliflower, Garbanzo Beans, and Potatoes. Cook on low for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl combine all spices and salt EXCEPT for Mango Powder. Continue on medium heat covered for 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes and stir thorougly. Add Yoghurt and cook another 10 minutes on medium. Add Mango Powder. Cook on medium for 10 minutes with a cover.
Serve with rice or Chapati.
