1 21 oz. can cherry pie filling or 2 cans of filling
1 tsp almond extract
2 eggs, beaten
Icing-
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits
Instructions
Mix ingredients well in a bowl. Pour into greased
and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 F. for 25 to 30
minutes.
For icing, melt butter, add sugar and milk in a
small saucepan. Bring to boil, and continue to boil
for about 1 minute. Remove from heat, and add
chocolate bits. Stir until melted.
Spread icing over warm cake in pan or squares (if
cut).
