     Sugar Cakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 C Sugar
1 C crisco
2 eggs
3 1/2 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 C buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
 
Instructions
Mix Sugar & Crisco. Add eggs. Mix in Flour, baking soda and salt. Add Buttermilk and vanilla.
Refrigerate 3 hours.
Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
