1/4 C. Butter

1/3 C. Cocoa
|

2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

2 c. Sugar

1/2 c. Milk

1/2 c. Peanut Butter

3 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked

Instructions |
|
|
Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, milk, and vanilla, in a sauce pan.
|

Bring to a hard boil, stirring constantly; boil 3 minutes (4 1/4 minutes if organic sugar is used). Remove from heat.

Stir in oats and peanut butter.
|
|
|
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper or foil. Let cool thoroughly before serving or storing. Store on plate in refrigerater.
