Cut potatoes and boil until soft. In another pan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour and cook 1 minutes. Whisk in milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in potatoes, salt, pepper, bacon, onions, and cheese. When heated, add sour cream and heat.
Serves 5-6.
