     Jalapeno, Sausage, Breakfast Braid

Ingredients
1 can Piazz crust dough
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Chopped Onion
4 oz Sausage
1/4 cup Jalapenos
2 large eggs beaten
1/2 cup Monterey cheese
1/4 Cheddar chesse
1 egg white beaten
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 Onroll dough on spray coated sheet tray
Heat oil in skillet. Cook onion and sausage. Stir in eggs cook until set.
Sprinkle Jack cheese over dough leaving 2 1/2 inch boarder. Spoon egg misture over cheese. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over eggs. Top with Jalapenos.
Cut diagonal 2 inch strips up the side of the dough. Braid the strips alternating side pressing in the middle to seal. Brush top with egg white Bake 15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
