     Orange Rosemary Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Apple Cider
6 Minced Garlic Cloves
2 Tbsp Dry Sherry or Apple Cider
1 Tbsp Tumeric
1 Tbsp Orange Zest
1 Tbsp Crushed Dried Rosemary
2 Tsp Ground Corriander
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
 
1/2 Tsp Chili Oil
1 Lb Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
Combine all ingrediants except pork in a bowl. Place pork in baking dish and pour marinade over and refridgerate for at least 2 hrs.
Grill pork, basting with marinade
