     Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
1 cup wild rice uncooked
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp salt
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 1/2 quarts water
2 1/4 tsp Lawreys seasoning salt
1/4 stick butter
1 1/2 cup celery diced
 
3/4 cup onion diced
1/2 cup chicken base
.9 lb non-dairy cry creamer powder
1/2 cup flour
1 cup cold water

Instructions
Cook rice, water and salt on low heat until water is gone. Cook chicken at 350 for 30 minutes.
Mix next 5 things until celery and onion are tender, turn heat to med-low and whisk in base and powder, diced chicken, and rice. Simmer until hot. To thicken, whisk in flour and water mixture.
