     Xmas Coffee Cake

Ingredients
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups warm water
2 envelopes yeast
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 tsp salt nutmeg, cinnamon
8 cups flour, approximate
 
Instructions
350 1 hour, until golden brown. Mix above together, let rise once covered. Knead well, divide into 3 pans, flatten, slash, butter, let rise again.
