     Tuna Salad with Olives and Corn

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup EVOO
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Pepper
8 Large Red Potatoes Diced
16 oz Package Frozen Corn (thawed)
1 Can Tuna
2 Ribs of Celery Diced
1 Medium Onion Chopped
 
1 Cup Sliced Olives (Green or Black)
2 Tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill or Basil

Instructions
In a bowl all ingrediants and refridgerate for at least 2 hrs.
