350 for 10-12 minutes. Beat butter and salt for 30 seconds, and sugar and beat till fluffy. Add egg and flavoring, beat well. Fold in flour, cover and chill 30 minutes. Divide into 2 rolls, roll in colored sugar, chill 2 hours. Cut into 1/4 inch slices, place on cookie sheet. Put 1 MM on bottom half, fold tops over to form bell.
