2 eggs or 4 eggwhites (or 1/2 cup thawed no cholesterol substitute)
1 cup pot cheese or low-fat cottage cheese
4 tbsp grated extra sharp Romano or Cheddar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 cups drained macaroni
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
Instructions
Fork blend the eggs and milk together in a 1-quart
non-stick baking dish, then add all remaining
ingredients except breadcrumbs. Stir to distribute
evenly.
Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top, then bake for one
hour in a preheated 350 F. oven.
