Beat Cream Cheese, Sugar, Eggs, Lemon Juice and Vanilla till light and fluffy. Line small muffin tins with paper liners and place a Vanilla Wafer in the bottom of each. Fill the cup 2/3 full with the cream cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or till set. Top each with about 1 Tbsp pie filling. Chill.
