Brown meat and onion. Add red chili sauce to pan and cook until tender. Add salt and pepper to tasre. In seperate saucepan, heat mushroom soup, water, and green chilies.
Line pan with 1 pkg Corn Tortillas, then layer Meat, Sauce, Cheese, etc. until all ingredients are used. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees
