     7-Up Salad

Ingredients
7 oz 7-Up
3 oz pkg Lime Jello
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 pkg Dream Whip, prepared (or equivalent amount of Cool Whip)
3/4 C Nuts, chopped (optional)
2-1/2 C Mini Marshmallows
2 3-oz pkgs Cream Cheese
1 (No.2) can crushed Pineapple, undrained
 
Instructions
Combine 7-Up and Marshmallows in top of double boiler till melted. Pour over Lime Jello, stir until dissolved. Add to Cream Cheese. Beat until smooth. Add Lemon Juice, Pineapple and Nuts, if desired. Chill until partially set and thick. Fold in Dream Whip; blend thoroughly. Pour into 2 qt mold or individual molds. Refrigerate until firm.
