     Linguine in Lemon Creams Sauce

Ingredients
8 oz. linguine
4 oz. cream cheese
1 T. olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
1 T. lemon zest
1/2 C. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
 

Instructions
Cook linguine according to directions. Drain, reserve 1/2 C. pasta water and return pasta to pot.
In small saucepan on low, heat cream cheese, oil and lemon juice. Stir water into mixture along with lemon zest and parsley.
Add to pasta; toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
