Apricots for Fried Pies

Ingredients

	16 oz Apricots, diced
	1/2 C Corn Starch
	3 C Sugar or to taste
	1/2 tsp Salt
	4 Tbsp Oleo


Instructions


Stew in small amount of water till tender then add all and enough water to mix well. Cook for several minutes stirring constantly till thick.
