Ingredients
1 1/3 C cleaned pinto beans
1 t. salt
 

Instructions
Cover within 2 inches from the top with boiling water. Let pressure build up, let it steam for 10 minutes. Then put the weight on, pressure it for 90 minutes at 15 pounds.
