Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 teas. salt
2 to 3 table spoons of cold water
 

Instructions
Cut shortening into flour and salt with fork
Sprinkle water over mixture
Blend lifhrly qirh fork. Use as little water as possible
Form into a ball. knead 3 times Roll out dough on lightly floured board or waxed paper. Place in pie plata and bake in hot oven till lightly broned
