4 T. butter or margarine
|
|
4 T. flour
|
|
2 C. milk
|
|
1 can peas, drained
|

1 can mushrooms, drained
|
|
1 jar pimentos, drained
|
|
2 hard boiled eggs
|
|
Toast
|
|
2 packages dried beef
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Melt butter over low heat, add flour. Slowly add milk while stirring. Keep stirring until smooth. Let cook until thick.
|

During thickening time add ingredients to sauce, let cook until everything is hot.
|
|
|
Serve over toast.
