1 lb. Tilapia fillets (6 medium fillets) 2 t butter 2 t ReaLemon or about the juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 t garlic powder salt and pepper
Instructions
1) Preheat grill on high with griddle in place
2) Pat dry fillets
3) In a small bowl, put butter, lemon and garlic powder. Microwave for 10 seconds and mix well
4) Brush both sides of the fillets with the butter mixture. Do this quickly before the solution firms up
5) Lightly salt and pepper for taste
6) Spray griddle with grill rated PAM.
7) Grill for about 4 minutes per side.
8) Serve hot off grill.
