     Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo pasta shells
4 C. (32 oz.) ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese (diced or shredded)
1/2 C. grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1 T. chopped parsley
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. nutmeg
 
32 oz. jar pasta sauce
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef

Instructions
Cook shells, rinse and drain. Combine all ingredients except pasta sauce and beef, stuff in shells.
Brown beef, drain. Add pasta sauce to meet, simmer.
Make one layer sauce, one layer stuffed shells, top with rest of sauce, sprinkle with parmesan.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, covered with foil.
