     Breadsticks

Servings   20 bread sticks

Ingredients
1 cup of hot water (not boiling)
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of oil
3 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
3 cups of BREAD Flour
3 teaspoons of yeast
 
Hand mixer
Baking pan

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mix all the ingredients together using a hand mixer.
Roll out the dough on a flour covered counter top. Cut into strips about 1/2 inch wide. Twist the strips and place on a baking pan. Before putting the pan into the oven let the bread sticks rise for 30 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. If you choose- melt butter to brush on top of he bread sticks and sprinkle with garlic salt.
