In a large pot, cook the rotini noodles in boiling
water until tender. Drain and rinse.
In frying pan, brown the ground beef with the
chopped onions. Drain. Combine the pizza sauce and pepperoni with cooked
beef. Pour into a casserole
dish and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes until cheese on top is melted.
