1/4 tsp worcestershire sauce (Maureen omits, still tastes great!)
1.5 lbs ground lean chicken
1/4 cup hot pepper sauce (this is mildly spicy, use more or less hot sauce depending on preference)
1/2 tsp celery salt (optional)
1/2 tsp poulty seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
4 kaiser rolls, split
4 leaves iceburg lettuce, chilled
4 tomato slices
Red onion, sliced into rings
Instructions
Preheat an outdoor BBQ or frying pan for medium-high heat and lightly oil.
Stir the sour cream, blue cheese, and worchestershire sauce together in a small bowl, set aside.
Mix the ground chicen, 1/4 cup hot sauce, celery salt, poultry seasoning, paprika and cayenne peper together in a mixing bowl until evenly blended. Form into four 3/4 inch thick patties. Cook the chicken patties on the grill or in the frying pan 6-7 minuyrd until well marked. Spray the top of the burgers with cooking spray and flip over. Brush the cooked side with additonal 1 tbsp of hot sauce and continue cooking until no longer pink in centers, about 5 minutes more.
Assemble the burgers, place a large leaf of lettuce, tomato, onions and top with 2 spoonfuls of blue cheese sauce.

Suggestions
Note hot sauce can be made milder by mixing in some water. Serve with salad and french fries.
