Preheat oven to 350 F. Brown beef, drain.
In large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese, salsa and olives. Spoon into sprayed casserole dish.
Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, until lightly browned and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly. Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
