Ingredients
10 eggs
.50 cup four
1 tsp baking powder
.50 tsp salt
1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese
1 pint small curd cottage cheese
2-4 cans ortega chopped green chili's
.50 cup melted butter
 
Instructions
Beat together eggs and all other ingredients.
Bake in 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until the top is lightly brown.
