2 packages (3 oz. each) or 1 package (6 oz.) Jello-O brand gelatin lime flavor
|

2 cups boiling water
|
|
1 1/2 cups cold water
|
|
1 can (16 or 17 oz.), chunky mixed fruits, drained

|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|

Instructions |

|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and chill until
slightly thickened
|
|
|
Pour 1 1/2 cups thickened gelatin into mold.
Cut part of fruit into smaller pieces and arrange in mold, pushing down
into tree base and design.
|
|
|
Dice remaining fruit and add to remaining gelatin; spoon into mold.
|
|
|
Chill until firm, at least 4 hours
|
