     Cinnamon Raisin French Toast

Ingredients
1 large loaf Cinnamon Raisin Bread, chopped
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. butter, softened
0.75 cup maple syrup
10 eggs
3 cups half and half
Cinnamon Sugar
 

Instructions
Grease 9x13 pan and place chopped bread in.
Mix cream cheese, butter and 0.25 cup mayple syrup until smooth. Spread on top of bread, leaving some openings through to pour egg mixture.
Beat eggs, half and half and 0.50 maple syrup. Pour over bread and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
