1 lb ground chuck or chunks of chicken
|

1 can diced tomatoes
|
|
1 can diced Ro-Tel Tomatoes (spicy or mild)

1 can white shoe peg corn, drained
|
|
1 can pinto beans, drained
|

1 can black beans, drained
|
|
1 pkg taco seasoning
|
|
1 pkg dry Hidden Ranch dressing mix
|
|
1 small can chopped green chili peppers (optional)

Instructions |

|
Brown ground chuck, or boil chicken and chop up. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Let simmer 2 hours. Add water to desired consistency.
