     Yogurt Raspberry Salad Dressing

Servings   1 1/4 cups

Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen raspberries, thawed
3/4 cup plain 2 percent yogurt
3 Tbsp. raspberry vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. chopped fresh tarragon
Salt and white pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Place raspberries in a fine sieve and set over a bowl. Use the back of a ladle to push the juice out of the berries into the bowl. Discard the berry pulp. Whisk remaining ingredients into the bowl. Place dressing in a tight-sealing container and refrigerate until needed. Will keep 3 to 4 days.
