     Baked Brie

Ingredients
2 - 3 cans crescent rolls
1 round brie (6 inch diameter)
1 stick butter
brown sugar
walnuts, crumbled
egg yolk
 

Instructions
Lay out crescent rolls into one large piece. Join with another to make an envelope to pu the brie inside. Place brie inside.
Sprinkle sugar and nutes. Chop up butter and put pieces all over. Pull up sides of pastry and seal over brie. Brush with egg yolk.
Bake 425 degrees until brown. Serve with apple and pear slices or bread.
