In a large skillet, brown and crumble sausage, stirring in seasoning and onion about halfway through the cooking process. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. While spaghetti is cooking, heat oil over medium low heat until very warm, but not too hot to overcook garlic. Remove from heat and add garlic. Drain spaghetti and combine with oil and garlic. Toss in sausage and parsley. basic seasoning- Sift all ingredients together into a large bowl. Place into an airtight container. This seasoning will keep up to 6 months. Makes 1 cup.
