Place meat, soup mix, tomato/green chiles, and spices in a slow cooker. Cook on LOW setting 8 hours or overnite. Thicken as desired with flour, stirring in 1 tbsp at a time. Salt if desired. To serve, spoon half a cup of meat into heated flour tortillas. Top with your favorite salsa. May also serve over rice, noodles, or baked potato.
