Instructions
Pour 3 c. rhubarb into greased 9x9 pan. Mix- 3 eggs, 1½ c. sugar, 4 Tbsp flour and 1 Tbsp butter. Pour over top.
Topping- 3/4 c. sugar, ½ c. butter, 1 c. flour (should be crumbly) Bake 10 min. at 400 degrees then 30 more min at 300 degrees (keep in oven while temp is lowering)
Note- if using frozen rhubarb, thaw and drain in a strainer first.
