Ingredients
2 lb. package frozen hash browns (chunks not shredded), partially thawed
12 oz. sour cream
12 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans cream of potato soup
Grated parmesan cheese (for topping)
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and put in casserole
Cover with parmesan cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours (ay take less time with shallow dish.
