8 strips lean bacon, cooked and crumbled
|

4 large eggs
|

3/4 Cup heavy cream & 3/4 cup half & half
|
|
dash pepper
|
|
1 Cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
|

9 inch unbaked pie shell
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Bake pie shell 8 - 10 minutes. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, cream and pepper.

Fold in the bacon and cheddar. Pour into baked crust.

|
|
Bake at 375 deg. for 30 minutes, or until filling is set and lightly browned.
