     Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
Crust -
1/4 Cup melted butter
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/3 box graham crackers (one package), crushed or,
1-1/2 Cups crushed graham crackers crumbs
 
Filling -
Three, 8 oz pkg cream cheese
5 eggs
1 Cup sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Topping -
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pint sour cream
1/2 Cup sugar

Instructions
Crust - Mix crust ingredients and press into 13 X 9 baking dish. Place in fridge while making filling.
Filling - Beat these ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into crust.
Bake one hour at 300 deg. Remove from oven while making topping. Beat topping ingredients. Spread on baked cheesecake and return to oven for 5 minutes.
This cake is better if kept in fridge overnight. NOTE- The middle of the cheesecake may not look exactly done when you take it out, but it finishes in the last 5 minutes.
