1 can rotel diced tomatoes with green chile, undrained
2 Cups chopped cooked chicken breast
12 corn tortillas or corn chips torn into bite sized pieces
2 Cups shredded cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Melt margarine in large sauce pan over medium heat. Add peppers and onions. Cook about 5 minutes until tender.
Stir in both soups, tomatoes, and chicken; blend well.
Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with pam. Layer 1/3 of tortillas, chicken mix and cheese evenly in dish. Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
