     Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
1 Cup of milk
1 Cup of water
1/4 Cup of butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 Cups of flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 Cup white sugar
2 eggs
 
1/3 Cup butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 Cup brown sugar
3/4 Cup raisins
4 Cups powdered sugar
6 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. milk

Instructions
Heat milk and water until warm. Add to bread machine along with the butter, salt, flour yeast, white sugar and eggs. Mix on dough cycle. When finished, sprinkle flour on working surface, divide dough in half and roll into a large rectangle. Smear with butter, except top seams. Combine cinnamon and the brown sugar. Sprinkle over the top and sprinkle with raisins. Cut each log into 12 even slices. Place rolls cut side down into 2 greased baking pans. Cover and let rise until doubled. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Combine powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla and milk until smooth. Spread over baked rolls.
