Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, olive oil, and sugar together. Add the pasta and vegetables, toss until well coated.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss lightly before serving.
