     Pineapple Sauce

Ingredients
2 cans pineapple tidbits (save one can's juice)
1 heaping C. grated cheddar cheese
2 T. flour
1 pkg. large marshmallows
1 egg
1/2 C. sugar
 

Instructions
Drain pineapple, save one can juice.
Beat egg. Add flour and sugar to juice and egg.
Cook on stove until quite thick. Turn off heat. Stir in cheese until partly melted, add pineapple.
Place in pyrex dish and cover with marshmallows. Bake at 350 until lightly brown - about 1/2 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Great with ham dinner.
