     Cream Puffs

Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
 

Instructions
Combine water and butter in medium glass bowl Heat at high 2 minutes, or until mixture boils. Beat in flour and salt until dough forms a ball and leaves the sides of the bowl. Cook at high 1/2 minute.
Preheat oven at 400 degrees. Add eggs to flour mixture one at a time, beating, until smooth and gloosy after each addition. Beat 25 strokes more. Drop batter in 6 moiunds on ungreased cookie sheet. Place cookie sheet in oven and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut slit in side of each puff to alow steam to escape. Bake 10 minutes longerf. Remove from cookie sheet and cool on cake rack. To fill puffs,slice off tops. Spoon filling into center; replace tops. Fill cream puffs with pudding, ice cream or whipped cream. If desired, drizzle chocolate glaze over tops and serve immediately.
